NextGenSkilledTrades Consulting is focused on bridging the skilled trades gap by helping companies, educators, and industry partners attract, develop, and retain the next generation of talent. I’m working with schools, colleges, and manufacturers to strengthen apprenticeship pathways, modernize outreach, and change the perception of today’s high-tech trades. Through consulting, marketing, and workforce strategies, I’m helping shops grow visibility, build strong cultures, and connect with future tradespeople. Alongside that, I’m expanding partnerships across Canada and the U.S., attending major industry events, and sharing daily insights on LinkedIn to inspire belief, mentorship, and leadership within modern manufacturing.
